The proposed masterplan incorporates a sports complex in the front and the residence further into the site. A separate entrance and the tennis court that acts as a buffer zone helps to uphold the public and private ambience of the sports complex and the residence respectively.

Earnest number of thoughts has been put into the practical inclusion of Vaastu shastra during the planning phase of the project. The residence accommodates courtyards and water bodies which together create a harmonious and serene interior. Along with the house, a separate entity of a guest house has been placed.

The Modern Swiss is an example of European style architecture with its stacked design providing vistas from and to the house. The glass walls and the dark hues of the exterior facades surrounded by a lush green landscape create a classic and elegant edifice to this residence.
With a whole level of the glass facade that can accommodate the northern light and with other several fenestrations along the exterior walls, the residence will receive a decent amount of daylight into its interior throughout the day. An interesting design feature is a breach between the main roof and the wall that gives an illusion of a floating roof.

An example of a modern contemporary architectural style, The Boxes, is well composed with defined lines and ribbon windows allowing maximum ventilation and daylight into the interiors. The soft colour shades of the exterior, without any overpowering elements, presents a feeling of warmth. The material palette includes stone, brick, wood etc imparts a minimalistic yet sophisticated aesthetics to the building.

Another unique characteristic of this style is the dominant overhangs which perfectly defines the form of the residence and adds volume to the facades. The addition of a wide-open terrace on level one is a bonus in this case.

The majestic Indo – Classical architecture style of the Aristocratic is a treat to the eyes themselves! The combination of bold and soft earthly tones has been presented well here. With its typical sloping roof and exposed wall texture, this grandeur of a house bestows us the feeling of traditional yet modern ambience.

The massive structure blends well in its environment and is climate responsive. The sloping roofs and cross ventilation elements provide a cool interior to the residence amidst the scorching summer of Pollachi.
